The Tiny Town
The Tiny Town has been built adjacent to the park. The design of the houses is inspired by early 20th-century Vimmerby, the model for the small towns in many of Astrid Lindgren’s books from Pippi Longstocking to Master Detective Blomkvist. There is a mix of different house types and styles that sleep 6-13 people, each in unique accommodation.

Here you can stay in old workers’ cottages, town houses, cabins, cosy cottages or even a grand two-storey villa. The newly built Tiny Town has 144 houses that sleep 6-13 people.

Scattered among the farms and cottages are opportunities for many different types of play. There are boats to climb and slide on and wooden animals to ride and feed, or maybe you want to dress up in the period costumes that hang in the town hall? Take the opportunity to explore the area to find a game that’s right for you, which you can play freely without the disturbance of cars and other hazards.
