Pippi Longstocking

Pippi Longstocking lives in Villa Villekulla. She lives here all by herself. Well, maybe not all by herself, if you want to be pedantic. Her horse also lives here. And then she has a monkey called Mr Nilsson. Pippi’s friends are called Tommy and Annika and they often visit and play at her house. Almost as often she is visited by Constables Kling and Klang, accompanied by Mrs Prysselius who tries to get Pippi into an orphanage.

Whims and ideas by Pippi

“Who wants to go thing-finding?” A question like that from Pippi usually results in lots of children raising their hands. It’s not just thing-finding that makes Pippi popular. It is, of course, all the other exciting whims and ideas that you can be part of when you visit her in Villa Villekulla, or in the harbour where the ship Hoppetossa is moored. You are welcome in Villa Villekulla even when Pippi is not there. There are three play-friendly floors to discover in the slightly quirky house that is Pippi’s home.
