If you discover any faults or problems with your accommodation, you should immediately report it to the reception so that we have a chance to address it. If the reception is closed, please document the problem and notify us no later than 10:00 the following day. If there is an urgent fault, you can call the property service team directly. You can find the phone number on your arrival envelope.

If you have forgotten to bring your own sheets/towels, you can rent them at our reception for SEK 185/set.

We have a limited number of cots and high chairs. A high chair is available in all accommodation in The Tiny Town. For other accommodation options, a high chair can be borrowed from the reception. A cot can be rented for SEK 150/night.

During 2025, the restaurant at Oxgården will be closed.
Instead, we refer you to one of the restaurants inside Astrid Lindgren’s World, which offers our guests both a breakfast buffet and dinner.

Breakfast and dinner can be booked directly at the time of reservation or via “My Booking” up to two days before arrival. Please note that the number of places is limited, so we recommend booking well in advance.

You clean your house or cottage yourself before departure. Each accommodation has its own cleaning equipment. You can also order final cleaning as an add-on, which costs 650-1350 SEK per accommodation and must be purchased no later than 2 days before arrival. If final cleaning is booked, cleaning is included, but you are responsible for washing the dishes and taking out the trash. A fee of 2000 SEK will be charged afterward for an uncleaned cottage.
