At the Linden courtyard, you’ll find the Oxgården reception. You’re welcome to the reception for check-in or check-out and to receive help or information. The reception is staffed daily during the period from May 16 to August 17.

Reporting faults
If you discover any faults or problems with your accommodation, you should immediately report it to the reception so that we have a chance to address it. If the reception is closed, please document the problem and notify us no later than 10:00 the following day. If there is an urgent fault, you can call the property service team directly. You can find the phone number on your arrival envelope.
