Arrival and Departure

You can check in from 3:30 PM. If your accommodation is ready for check-in earlier, you will receive a message sent to the mobile number provided at the time of booking.

If you need to check in after the reception’s opening hours, please contact us:

You must check out no later than 10:00 AM if you have pre-booked cleaning and no later than 11:00 AM if you choose to clean yourself. You can check out at the reception or use our express check-out by placing your key in the designated mailbox at the reception entrance. Don’t forget to go through the checklist you received upon arrival.
