There, our gardeners grow a variety of crops, highlighting the link between \u2018soil and table\u2019. Here our chefs harvest rhubarb, beans, asparagus, beets and various spices, according to the growing season. For us, it is important to ensure the quality and origin of the meat, but also the safety of the production process. Our meatballs are produced at Bjursund\u2019s slaughterhouse, an hour\u2019s drive from Vimmerby. The mince is made using beef from local farms.
