It is valid until the day before arrival with a valid document from, e.g., a doctor, authority or insurance company, showing that you are unable to make your visit. You will be refunded the cost of the booking minus the cancellation cover.<br \/>\nWe must receive the documentation no later than 30 days after the date of cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not have cancellation protection and documentation, you are not entitled to a refund. The following applies: In the case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the first payment installment will not be refunded. In the case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, only entrance tickets will be refunded.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flex flex-col items-start justify-center w-full pb-5\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wysiwyg-style \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Rebooking <\/strong><br \/>\nYou can rebook within the same calendar year up to 30 days before arrival, after which rebooking is not possible and we refer to our cancellation policy.
