Once we close our doors on 21 August, our next major investment will begin, including relocations and additions to various areas over the coming two years.

This investment will provide space for a brand-new restaurant with a brand-new kitchen to be completed in June 2023.

As a result, our previously planned playground opening, Monday to Thursday 22/8–15/9, has been cancelled and the park will be closed for safety reasons as there will be a lot of heavy machinery on site during these days.

The renovation will not affect other opening hours during the autumn, such as weekend openings, or the autumn school holiday opening at Astrid Lindgren’s World. I.e. the park will be open on weekends as usual during the period 22/8–15/9.
