What we are doing so that our guests can have a safe stay in our guest accommodation!
The number of guests varies a bit depending on the time of year, but we have a total of 159 accommodation units for guests of which 126 have their own shower/WC.
Nine people are allowed in the reception at one time. To avoid crowding, we therefore prefer that only one person enters when checking in or out and when making purchases in our shop. In other public areas, there are notices with the maximum number of people allowed.
The public areas at our guest accommodation are cleaned daily, except for the service building, which is cleaned three times a day. In our public areas (reception, service building) there are washbasins and soap for hand washing as well as hand sanitiser.
The rooms are cleaned in the following order: kitchen, rooms, bathroom, for good hygiene. Once a guest has checked out, we always change the dishcloth, sponge and all other cloths and mops at the accommodation. Bed linen, towels, etc. are washed at the laundry at, at least 90 degrees. Only clean textiles may be used in our guest accommodation.
In addition to our usual thorough cleaning routines, we have taken the following measures:
- We have increased the frequency of disinfectant use to each cleaning, in public areas and cottages/rooms.
- Handles, doors, taps and other frequently touched surfaces are always disinfected at every cleaning.
- Staff have been given clear instructions on the use of gloves and hand sanitiser, and they wash their hands between each change of task.
- Staff have been given clear instructions not to be at the workplace if they have the slightest symptoms of illness.
- We have informed all our staff about the risk of infection and how we can help protect each other and our guests.
- We choose not to carry out certain tasks that increase the risk of infection, e.g. work rotation.
- There is a crisis and action plan in case of confirmed cases.
Please contact the reception by phone. Anyone with coronavirus symptoms should follow the guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Sweden to prevent the spread of infection. For information, see 1177.se.
